DocuSign is an electronic, cloud-based signature solution that will allow you to sign and send documents securely, as well as allowing you to input other data into a document with automated document workflow.
Information Technology Services is in the process of integrating DocuSign with the campus Single Sign On for ease of access.Processes that will use DocuSign:
- HR New Hire Onboarding Forms
- Academic Affairs Performance Management System
- Real Estate Forms
After these initial releases, DocuSign will be available to other departments to use in a self-service model with ITS support.
